Return Policy
Vibe Sensei Music will only accept a full return of a merchandise product if it can be proven that the item was indeed destroyed and/or is in an unusable state when the item arrives to the listeners shipping location or does not arrive to the location at all. I will honor a 5 day period from the time the item is confirmed to be delivered for damage/inoperable condition claims or failure to deliver claims. These claims can be made by contacting Vibe Sensei Music via email at vibesenseimusic@gmail.com or by telephone 978.846.5562 (telephone answers are not guaranteed since this is my personal line, for best response time use email).

All cases even outside of the 5 day grace period will be listened to and if reasonable suspicion indicates that the item was damaged/made inoperable or failed to deliver before it reached the listener, returns might possibly be issued with no guarantee. These terms unfortunately, need to be set as a legal guideline for how merchandise will be distributed and received.
